Wetherby Prep In Rwanda 2015
We are delighted to support Rwanda Aid as our 'away' charity. Through various events such as Readathon, Baker's Bake Off and Come Dine With Us we have raised money for the charity.
Following a really successful visit last summer, we are thrilled to be returning to Rwanda to help with teacher training, visit our link school Mwegera and support other Rwanda Aid projects. The 2015 team are: Miss Bevan, Mr Dawson, Miss Hart, Miss Martin and Miss Olney. We hope this blog will allow you to gain an insight into our visit.

Rwanda Aid
In the remote South West of Rwanda there is widespread poverty and suffering and only limited NGO support. Rwanda aid works here to bring hope and opportunity.
The aim of the charity is to bring hope and relief to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged, especially children and young people. They help people to build a more secure and prosperous future for themselves by supporting education training and enterprises.
